@HilaryJCampbell @JustEatUK @waitrose Hi, did u pay by credit/debit card? If so, u cld try contacting ur card issuer to see if u can initiate a Chargeback claim, since u didn’t receive the goods u paid for & they’re refusing to refund.

Hi @NationalHways, this queue on the M3 westbound just after the M25 junction, is being caused by the matrix displays saying the outside 2 lanes are closed, when in fact they are not! Please can someone switch off the incorrect matrix signage. Thank you.
