when i hear people talk about what Nurture means to them, and how it’s affected their lives, i can’t tell you how happy it makes me..
i feel understood in all the ways you would hope for as artist; like my exact feelings have reached people, in the exact ways i wanted while making it.
as a listener, i'd always wondered if my favorite artists could feel what i feel when i listen to their music; with Nurture, i’m CERTAIN that’s happening. i’m CERTAIN that you and me are feeling the same things when we listen to Nurture.
it means a lot to me because that highly clear, unambiguous transmission of feeling, where very little is lost or misunderstood along the way, is what i'm always striving for as an artist. it's rare for me and precious to me
happy 5th anniversary to this album. thank you to the people who love it... i hope people will continue to feel what i felt for many years to come
@DmanVGC I don't think you can really counter Basc unfortunately, Kingambit is a good start but it's more of a check atm, also there has been a lot of focus sash basc on the ladder instead of the choice scarf one so it's even harder to beat. You need black glasses to ohko aswell btw.
I have only ever played in tournaments with teams I've made, but this came after watching a lot of VGC, like, I watched every VOD of restricted format and also every match of every tournament since I started playing. As long as you aren't building some cheese it's fine.
As a complete competitive Pokemon Noob. I'm learning that you need to start with a team you personally like and then adjust slowly into all the insane strategies.
Grabbing a META team right from the start imo doesn't help learning.
@Bones_Dio The main threat is choice scarf adaptability basculegion, even if you have your own weather to use solar beam zard Y or shadow ball on Froslass, you have to somehow also outspeed the choice scarf
