I was genuinely fat (obese bmi) and wearing crop tops and low rise jeans and now I think back on how brave I was and how mortified I’d be if I had to do that again at that weight

As someone who’s been obese it was definitely easier to lose from 167lbs to 140 than it has been losing from 140 to 120s

I’ve been so selfish and self serving. Focusing on losing has made me a monster. I might not deserve to enjoy food but I should at least eat enough to function optimally so I can help the people in my life.
