I lost the biggest money of my life, and I’m still alive.
July going into August was the worst period of my entire life since I started trading. I lost an amount I haven’t lost before, and honestly, I haven’t been myself since.
I started trading 3 years ago with $1,000. Somehow, I turned that into a 6-figure portfolio, only to watch most of it disappear in two weeks.
I don’t want to talk about the details anymore. What’s done is done.
But I’m putting this out here because maybe someone needs to hear it:
As long as you’re still alive, no loss is the end of your story. Every defeat is psychological until you decide it’s permanent.
Money can be rebuilt.
Positions can be rebuilt.
Portfolios can be rebuilt.
You can rebuild.
I stayed away from the market for a month. I needed to step back, clear my head, accept what happened, and remember why I started in the first place.
I’m not coming back pretending I didn’t get hurt. I’m coming back knowing exactly what losing feels like.
Sometimes life takes you all the way down just to show you that you’re capable of climbing back up.
So this is the reset.
Back to work. Back to scanning. Back to trading.
Missed you all, retards.
I honestly love waking up, grabbing my phone, and working on my own terms for as long as I want managing trades, sorting through DMs, catching up with my favorite groups, and doing what I enjoy.
And the best part? In that time, I’d often make more money than most people earn in an entire month or maybe year. The freedom that comes with that is something I genuinely appreciate.
