@Paul08745286 @DI313_ that’s what we used to do prior to leaving the EU… an agreement was in place and we sent them back, but we chose to leave, and here we are… There is no legal recourse for sending them back without creating a huge diplomatic problem

I do understand your point completely I just prefer this to not using a passphrase, or keeping an obscurely random passphrase somewhere
