@fuelservice is about getting assistance when you are unable to put the fuel in yourself.
We don't really see anyone abuse the service, because if you can do it yourself, then it's quicker and easier to do it yourself

Saying this is vitally important on what matters to people isn't right - unless you only care about care and not curing people.

9. Community Support - This is a money and services issue, nothing to do with "research". Let's research why there isn't enough money?

5. Mental Health - There is no research that is going to fix the fact that someones life is ruined.
