@rpresley@WSJ Hydrogen is a terrible choice . . . for airship buoyancy, but a great choice for transportation fuel. Bad idea to put it into a fabric bag the size of a football field and fly it into lightning rods for mooring masts.
@aaronbateman22 Our 1st BP intercept attempt, out of NASA Wallops, Oct 92. The booster’s propellant carrying our vehicle AND the target fell apart mid-boost, and blew out one of its 4 rocket nozzles. Range Safety destroyed the vehicle 29 seconds into the mission. Saw it through binoculars. SAD!
