So much fun today completing a pantry makeover for a client.
This client has been looking to simplify the process of meal planning, writing a shopping list, and doing a weekly shop.
Thanks to @Kmart and @thewarehousenz for some simple and affordable storage solutions.
The client can now see at a glance what she has and what she is running low on.
And, to reduce plastic waste, she can now take those refillable jars to bulk bin stores such as @BinInn to top up supplies.
Of course we know our brain is more precious than our phone or car. Right?
And why not?
Because you know the car won’t run as well (if at all) unless it has the right fuel.
Our bodies and brains also run best when we give them the right fuel.
Mental health isn’t just something for the professionals to support.
We all have a role to play - for ourselves, our friends and family, our employees and our employers. Let’s all look out for each other and make mental health everyone’s business.
Research on the role of nutrition in mental health has exploded in the last 5-10 years.
This is leading to some really big paradigm shifts in mental healthcare.
