Today, Rodri came into Barcelona training and came out looking exactly like this — completely exhausted, drained, and struggling to catch his breath. You can see it even more clearly during the training sessions.

The new fitness coach saw all the reports saying that Rodri is injury-prone and might not make it through the season with Barcelona, so he got straight to work with him from day one, preparing him to handle Flick’s intense style of play, which is completely different from Pep Guardiola’s system.

Honestly, Benjamin Koegel has been doing incredible work since joining us. He helped get Fermín back quickly, got Christensen back to his best physical level, and is now preparing Rodri for Flick’s style from day one.
