@austinenergy two power outages in last 5 hours. Temperature has dropped, so not an energy supply issue. What causes these? Growing up in the UK, 80’s 90’s, you might get an outage every 5 years, here it seems the power goes out at least 6-8 times a year. 🤷‍♂️

@TeslaNewswire I really don’t see the use in this…yet. I’ve used it and I can park in a fraction of the time it takes auto park to do it in. It’s a little embarrassing if someone pulls up close and is waiting for Tesla to complete the park. Wheels getting curbed by auto park is a thing too.

@NewsLambert Very hesitant buyers. Had 2 contracts go multiple though, both - 500k, 1 110+ DOM. Feels like slight shift. Also basing on talk with agents&potential buyers. Going sideways here in ATX, lots of inventory, but obvious why most is sitting. Good stuff still contracts under 7 days.

@heyalexfriedman Look at Austin over a 20 year trajectory. We are probably close to a bottom right now, but still have not dropped below pre covid prices. Depending on where you are looking, the land is probably the most valuable part. 5 year + hold, you should make $. Want/need/afford.
