Will I get it back?
Surely there’s protection?

@orbitenergyUK Any clues as to how I can get hold of you - I made a switch to another supplier. They have been charging me since Oct 4th, you are saying it’s not happened and are still charging me. I’m paying twice! You guys are denying everything. You also hold £220 of my cash!!

Any clues as to how I can get the money back - I just keep being told that you’re busy?!
