They keep saying we’re checked out and demoralized 🤔
Reality in Wake Forest today: 50+ in the pouring rain to hear Congressman Knott, Rep Schietzelt & Chris Stock kick off our Super Chase. Thankful for EVERYONE who made this possible 🌲

North Carolina's average household electric bill has climbed from about $118 a month in 2020 to nearly $160 in 2026, and Duke Energy projects electricity demand across its Carolina systems could grow another 16% to nearly 60% by 2040.
We need more reliable power to keep up, which is why I introduced the Next-Generation Geothermal Research and Development Act, which has now passed the House.
The bill would help American companies develop technology to drill deeper underground, capture the Earth's natural heat, and turn it into electricity that runs 24/7, potentially unlocking up to 90 gigawatts of power nationwide.
That's roughly the generating capacity of 90 large nuclear reactors, and expanding that kind of dependable power could help limit future increases in electric bills for North Carolina families while keeping electricity affordable for manufacturers in Hickory, Statesville, and across #NC10.
THIS IS CRAZY!
Not only did NC House Democratic candidate Elma Hairston defend Jeffrey Epstein’s main accomplice, but she also prayed for convicted sex trafficker and child predator R. Kelly to be released from prison.
Hairston even went so far as to attack Kelly’s victims! #ncpol

These Senate races are about supporting the common sense candidates and stopping socialism in America. The Democrats have lost their way.
Roy is a unique candidate and I have no doubt he's leading, but just as I begged my Dem friends to not believe "Gillum +12" polls in Florida in 2018, please do not believe this either.
This is not today, nor will it ever be, a 15 point race.
This is still North Carolina.
15 points is way off from the 4, 6, and 7 pts of three other recent polls.
Why would that be?
The bulk of the responses came from blue/Democrat areas: Charlotte (27.3%), and Raleigh/Durham (31.3%), plus 17.3% in Winston/Salem.
Also, white females dominated with 39.6% of the respondents.
People keep saying Trump term II is the most corrupt administration ever, so I built a model to find out if it was true.
I took the UN's definition of corruption, turned it into eight criteria and 100 points, and scored the leaders history remembers for looting their countries: Marcos, Suharto, Mobutu, Abacha, Obiang, Putin.
Then I put every president since Eisenhower on the same scale, both parties, with every exoneration counted right alongside the convictions.
Nixon scored 41 and no other American President scored over a 25.
Trump's second term scored a 91, which ties him with Suharto and Mobutu and puts him above Marcos and Abacha.
So he is not only the most corrupt president in American history. At this pace he finishes his term level with the most corrupt rulers of the last hundred years.
PSA: don't come in my comments arguing about the results if you haven't read the full article, because ignorance is a choice.

U.S. House Republicans decided to give up and go home today.
No economic relief, no action on AI, no oversight of Iran, nothing.
Working Americans and all the people who are struggling right now? Left out to dry.
Concerns about an existential threat to humanity? Ignored.
House Dem member says they personally got outreach from the White House promising certain perks (infrastructure projects, etc) if they helped back the GOP rule today.
This member opposed rule but believes the White House called others, too.
I wonder which political party has been in charge of every budget and every piece of legislation for the last 15 years or so.
Maybe someone should tell this loserbro.
North Carolina FIRST means,
North Carolinians FIRST.
We need
better job opportunities,
better schools and education,
better healthcare,
better tax breaks,
better public safety,
better laws,
better privacy laws,
better housing,
FOR NORTH CAROLINIANS.
Our current executive branch can’t deliver on these things because they built and own the policies that create abysmal returns for our people for decades.
TIME TO REFOCUS AND CHANGE OUR COURSE.
Greg Murphy has opposed 9/11 victims, survivors, and their families while in Congress, including a “Nay” vote on the Fairness for 9/11 Families Act, passed by a vote of 400-31, which increased compensation for 5,000 victims of 9/11 as well as their spouses and dependents.
We remember the terrorist attacks of September 11th, 2001, that took the lives of 2,977 innocent Americans and honor the heroes who ran toward danger to save others.
We will never forget those we lost in the most devastating attack on American soil in our nation’s history.
