The Thai Basil this season has been on point🌿Imparting a slightly spicy anise / licorice / clove flavor into dishes. We love adding it into curry or stir fry towards the end of cooking right before serving, so it is wilted but retains it's freshness and amazing flavor. #thailand

@lilredhen3289 They are not actually elephant garlic! Best ways for great garlic are crop rotation, healthy resilient soil (by minimally or no till the season prior to planting), straw mulch in the fall, and using large healthy bulbs to re-plant from every season!
