Iron Age at Halcyon denied my friend and i entry because i was accompanied by my service dog. No, this is not an emotional support animal, she is a genuine medical alert dog. I walked in and the manager immediately came out to tell us to leave because.. continued below

“it’s to have dogs in here” I calmly explained it was illegal to deny us and he said he just “couldn’t let us in”. one of his coworkers was literally trying to explain to him that he HAS to let us in and he told me I could call the cops or whatever but he couldn’t let us in.

@soumya_goblue Cider isn’t a therapy dog unfortunately but I will let people say hi sometimes! She’s my personal service dog and is specifically trained for my specific disabilities 🥰
