14 year heroin addict who sounds like he’s gargling ground glass & has a serious case of the shakes spews lies about vaccines as the president sleeps & shits himself while the NodBot (no one knows who or what the fuck she is) nods & sways. Fucking surreal.
What in the sweet, ever loving name of Saturday Night Live is going on in this shit-show?
A Bratz doll on animatronic mode, a grandpa past his medication hour, a shaking adderall addict and a female prison warden in a room that looks like a Copper Art store vomited up inside it
@OliLondonTV Just say you hate women prettier than you and be done with it. No trans woman is going to be able to play on her level. She just wants a Dog to kick before bedtime..
If you have an overhead fan, try turning it on. Otherwise, you can also put a portable fan in the room and turn it on. This will help the clothes feel less stiff. You may also be using too much detergent. Companies tell you to fill to a certain line, but often you can just use two table spoons per load.
@sarrah_bellus But. He. is.. he medicated himself with actual Heroin and raw milk.. He can easily make himself that person.. eating raw meat off an actual Street.. 😶
The reason Christopher Nolan almost never shows Agamemnon’s face in The Odyssey is one of the smartest choices in the whole film.
He’s kept inside that towering black armor and helmet for nearly every appearance. You get the silhouette, the presence, the weight of him as the commander who led the Greeks into Troy, but almost nothing of the man underneath. The only real glimpse comes later, when the story of his death is told, and even then it’s brief and carefully framed.
Nolan turns him into a symbol instead of just another character. In Odysseus’ memory, Agamemnon isn’t a complicated king with a face and a private life. He’s the embodiment of the war itself — relentless, faceless, and terrifying. Showing Benny Safdie’s face would have humanized him. Keeping it hidden makes him feel like a force of destruction that Odysseus can’t fully look at or escape.
I absolutely love how Nolan handled him. Most adaptations would have given the big commander clear emotional beats and close-ups. This version refuses that. Agamemnon stays larger than life and slightly inhuman, which makes every scene he’s in feel heavier. It’s pure visual storytelling, and it works perfectly. #theodyssey
A 17-year-old makes $10,400 a week. From Google Maps.
She's never built a website.
I laughed. She showed me her Stripe.
All she does is open Google Maps.
Types "tacos Philadelphia." Finds one with 4.7 stars and a site from 2013. Drops their info into a site builder. It spits out the whole thing.
20 minutes.
6 months ago she was making $9/hr at McDonald's.
Still has the uniform in her closet.
She just sends the finished site. Goes to sleep.
Their name already on it.
That taco shop owner opened the link. Showed his daughter. "Mira, this is us?"
Paid $4,800 that night.
"hey is this real? how much" — that was her Tuesday.
A web agency: $14,500. Four people. Six weeks.
Her: $0. Alone. 20 minutes.
First month: $800.
Second month: $4,100.
Last week: $10,400.
Her dad still thinks she works at McDonald's.
She found it on Google Maps. So can you.
