Here we go again. @AmericanAir Claim on time departure but we are sitting on runway for over an hour. 3 + hour delay on scheduled flight. Great Job AA.
@AmericanAir I spent over five hours waiting for flights that were canceled and delayed today. Only to be rescheduled for tomorrow..costing me hotel, parking etc. and then to boot my first class seats were not honored on my next flights. As always disappointing.
They were not monitoring bags or they would have noticed there was still ample room. They were very willing to compromise our enjoyment and flight experience rather than just counting. #fact
@fundmc01 We want every point of your journey to be enjoyable. The gate teams monitor carry-ons for number of items and size. They may also check bags when if the plane is filling up. We'll have your bag back in your hands as quickly as possible.
Thanks @AmericanAir forced to check my carry on bag only to get on the plane and see multiple completely empty overhead bins. You never surprise me how much you misunderstand the travel experience.
Thanks again @AmericanAir Delayed for more time than the time of the actual flight. It seems you have to expect double the time posted in any travel with AA. Hard to plan like that.

If you have a choice, and we usually do, don’t fly @AmericanAir you would not believe their lack of customer service and rudeness in DMs speaking about my terrible flight delays and extra charges today.
@AmericanAir My DMs with you are a sad history of customer service fails. I just looked back as I was messaging you and couldn’t believe how many times this has happened. Fool me once shame on you, Fool me dozens of times shame on me.
Oh boy! @AmericanAir strikes again. I missed my flight and drive to next connection airport. Was told they had to charge me $250 because I missed my original flight..And Now…I have been delayed. It is hard to imaging a worse customer service experience. #AAtravel
