@Daybreaq @NBCNews So if she had a MI, or a CVA, we’d bill it on a HCFA 1500 for the doctors & UB04 for the facility charges. Providing the HMO, IPA figure out whose liable the per the DOFR, we may end up billing the PPO , and hope they price it correctly so that TPA will pay and send an EOB. LOL

@MabelHarrison @NBCNews They may call it something different there. Here in the USA I’ve heard it as “Natural Causes”. Of the death certs I’ve seen, the primary reason is usually listed as Cardiac Arrest or something of that nature.
