@vuecinemas Trying to checkout but want to see the FAQ first as I have a query. But I can’t due to your website covering those buttons, when using an iPhone 17.
See bottom of the attached image. Can you get that fixed. Awful usability.
f we ever build a real time dilation device, the first useful application will not be time travel in the sci fi sense. It will be preservation. If you slow the flow of time inside a small box by a large factor, the outside world carries on as normal while the contents age almost not at all. From your perspective the box looks completely ordinary. A week, a year or even a decade passes and nothing appears to change. But when you open it, the clock inside has barely moved. The food is still fresh. The samples and medicines have barely aged. It is a perfect preservation chamber because time inside has almost stopped.
You would not jump into the future. The object inside would. That is the first realistic step toward engineered time control. Slow time locally, keep material stable, and let the outside world race ahead. Before any spacecraft ever bends time, the first breakthrough is likely to be a simple box that ages a thousand times slower than the room it sits in.
If any of you fancy a bit of free money, here’s a genuinely decent one.

@10DowningStreet How about building an economy where kids don’t need breakfast clubs in the first place.
It’s like setting my house on fire then offering me a fire blanket and expecting me to say thanks.
@jamescfox Fear of reprisals are not what’s stopping people coming forward.
If a person had irrefutable proof of alien life, they would go down in history forever. And could literally write a blank cheque.
That person simply doesn’t exist. Yet.
The more we learn about our universe, the more terrifying discoveries we make.
One of those discoveries are Rogue Planets, planets which wander our universe alone. They have no parent star.
Imagine living on a world bathed in darkness. No days. No years.
