@rzvdaniel I like the idea of a 'gram', which essentially is like a twitter for email. Short, concise messages for only the important stuff. No bells and whistles. Nice! That's actually something I'm looking for and decided to go with SMTP and do it myself. Maybe not for long?
@AirbnbHelp 5 days and no response. This is exactly what happens when I send my email address via DM. I guess I have no choice but to stop using @Airbnb . It's a pity all the years of paying rather high service fees didn't result in one support incident resolved. @AirbnbHelp @Airbnbdesign

@AirbnbHelp I've sent it through at least 3 times. This is the 4th time you respond with asking the same question and when I answer it just goes quiet from your side. Is this really the best you can do? I'm tired of repeating myself without ever getting a response.

@AirbnbHelp It's a joke! Again the answer is simply 'try again'. Even with a screenshot with mails from AirBnB to my account showing that it's my account. Do you just randomly delete user's data? Or am I the only lucky one? And is there someone who can actually help? Or at least try?

Fun! A week later and we're back to the start, with their very (un)helpful team implying I forgot my email address and have to go to the page I started off with and login to find out why I can't login. I sometimes wonder if they even bother reading these requests. @Airbnb
