Senator-judge Robin Padilla asked National Bureau of Investigation senior agent John Mark Calilung who recorded the controversial online press conference of Vice President Sara Duterte in November 2024.

During the third day of Duterte's impeachment trial on Wednesday, Padilla stressed that it is important to know who recorded the said virtual briefing. However, his question brought confusion to the prosecution's witness.

"May I clarify, Your Honor, if sinong tao 'yung tinutukoy n'yo?" Calilung clarified.

"'Yung nag-record po," Padilla answered.

"Ako po 'yung nag-record through OBS," the NBI agent noted.

"Hindi po, 'yung mismong nag-record po kay Inday, sa Vice President. Nakausap n'yo po ba? 'Yung RAW file po. Kasi napakahalaga po nu'n. Kasi du'n po natin malalaman kung original ba o hindi," the lawmaker asserted.

Duterte's online press conference containing her "kill threat" to the President, first lady, and former House speaker was broadcasted via Zoom last November 23, 2024.
