@sfnzmi@Dearg_Gosling She’s American by nationality. One of her parents is Afghan by nationality. The other is Tajik by nationality. Both parents are ethnically Tajik. She has a very loose association with being “Afghan” in any way. It’s more appropriate to call her a Tajik-American.
