I never thought about this until now but is it possible the reason brook can’t use haki is because he isn’t alive?

[FunkWarlog 🏴‍☠️ @funkwarlog]

@ShinobiVaultHQ Ranked most to least likely:
1/2. Blackbeard
1/2. Dragon
3/4. Mihawk
3/4. Ryuma
5. Kuzan
6. Akainu
7. Fujitora

[FunkWarlog 🏴‍☠️ @funkwarlog]

@ClairvoyantEye1 @MysteryXebec Losing the arm did irreparable damage to Shanks’ overall potential. Bro is still a dog but a version of current shanks who never lost his arm cooks the shanks we see currently with 1 arm. Same reason he hasn’t and won’t surpass Roger, and that Shamrock is likely stronger

Not only is Mihawk stronger than Shanks now, but the fight is no longer close.

It’s no longer a challenge for Mihawk. Shanks losing his arm was a significant nerf, and it diminished his potential and his ceiling.

No one is saying Shanks is weaker now than he was with two arms. But he will never be as strong as he could have been had he kept both arms.

And that two-armed version of Shanks that would have reached his full potential is how strong Mihawk is.

Left peerless because his rival bet his own ambition on another.

@Rayleighce Just shows growth from Law. He learned more about how he can apply Haki to overcome devil fruits, he expanded on how he can use his fruit for combat, and showed Captain traits by directing his crew so they could hold their own at least for a while. Kid ran in, same as always

[FunkWarlog 🏴‍☠️ @funkwarlog]

@luffy_d_monki King whoops Roberts ass

[FunkWarlog 🏴‍☠️ @funkwarlog]

Cold take: while Toei did a great job animating it, in the manga, Blackbeard absolutely low diffed Law.
Once they’re face to face, the next panel we see of the fight is the Black vortex one-shot.
Law landed an excellent hit, but it didn’t matter 🥶

#OnePiece #Blackbeard

[ShinobiVault @ShinobiVaultHQ]

Hot take: Nobody in current one piece (excluding Imu) can low diff fully healthy Law in a strict 1v1

Law is by no means the strongest, but his hax and endurance prevents anyone from casually beating him. His awakened abilities force anyone to seriously consider the fight

[FunkWarlog 🏴‍☠️ @funkwarlog]

@ShiryuRaiu Top 1 and 2 ext diff fight for sure

[𝘊𝘩𝘳𝘪𝘴 @mchris1018]

Shansk>Imu takes can finally be put to rest #ONEPIECE1183

[FunkWarlog 🏴‍☠️ @funkwarlog]

@johsblog If anything it’s a huge upscale for Kuzans endurance and Haki to be able to go extreme diff for 10 days against what is probably the second worst possible matchup for his devil fruit
