वे बस इतना चाहते हैं कि टिकट बुक करते समय सिस्टम इंसानों जैसा काम करे , सरकारी दफ्तर जैसा नहीं।

डिजिटल इंडिया में एक ट्रेन टिकट बुक करना अगर UPSC प्रीलिम्स जैसा लगने लगे , तो समस्या यात्री की नहीं , सिस्टम की है।
