@PureGym Your offer was multi gym access it didn’t say with limits, I can use 64 other gyms but not the one down the road which is misleading advertising. You have change my DD amount when it should be the same as you stated free

@TwycrossZoo arrived to find no cafe open told it won’t be till 11.30 which is crazy, u have people arriving wanting breakfast (bad business) then I turn round to find a family being served breakfast while I’m being robbed at the coffee bar by bad attitude miserable staff
