Stop telling people your weaknesses. It is human nature to take advantage of weakness. If a lion knows you are wounded, it will attack. If you bleed next to a shark, it will eat you. Take your weaknesses to God in prayer, or see a therapist. But don't tell people. Especially if they don't tell you their own weaknesses.

@edfenergy I am now again on the phone to EDF this morning. Same story that my complaint will be escalated to the compliant handling and yet no response. EDF Managers hides behind their email saying they can't be contacted on the phone directly
@edfenergy The logged compliant of yday didn't get resolved and no one bothered to call me. Despite me calling twice to ask how far with the complaint. I was just told the handler will get back to me but she never did. I had to call this morning to now find out that no engineer was to come
@edfenergy Lack of communication. Lack of getting back to your customer. You only have one line to say to me. No one thinking outside the box. Everyone reading from a script. No one thinking sensibly
@edfenergy This is an ungodly behaviour and violation of the right of my family. Nothing wrong with the gas. He was to change a meter that was all and the right of my family was violated by EDF
@edfenergy And tells me to go get a personal engineer to uncap a gas that was capped by EDF, all because EDF was not patient to finish the job they were called out to do. And without my knowledge, EDF capped my gas. Same gas we were using for our cooker and boiler. A violation of my right
@edfenergy I just spoke to customer service now who told me that they don't come out to uncap a meter that was capped by EDF engineer. And yet I was made waiting again yday till 8pm. And no one had the courtesy to call to let me know that no engineer is coming out
@edfenergy I ask again, how can EDF leave a family without gas for 6days running and they are not bothered and yet they wish that we show kindness to their customer service staff. How can a company be in this kind of position and be heartless
@edfenergy since Saturday we have waited in vain for EDF to send their engineer out. We have logged compliant and yet EDF chooses to continue to ignore the suffering of my family
@edfenergy I am asking once again for EDF to do that which is right and honorable. This is wickedness when you leave a customer unattended because you belive you can do anything wrong and you will not be questioned
@edfenergy , I am crying out here because I have not come across such a reckless customer service before. The customer service are not ready to listen and yet we are told to respect them and be kind. It is a sad day for anyone using EDF
@edfenergy, I have issue as well with the eletric smart meter installed but this update can wait while 1st deal with the gas meter issue that EDF capped simply to allow national grid sort out the valve and the valve was sorted out same day but EDF is no way to be found
@edfenergy , this morning I spoke to a customer service who says he wasn't trained to handle my problem and there by I was put on a music box for a long period. Then it dawn on me that my time has just been wasted
@edfenergy, customer service are more interested in making promised that they don't keep in order to be rated high after the call. The EDF Engineer that came out on Friday says the customer service don't know their job well
@edfenergy 4days in the cold. Please who can help us correct this wrong that EDF has caused my family. It has been a sad experience and yet for most of the calls to EDF, customer service is asking us to rate them well promising that my matter will be resolved asap
