Before changing your ads, figure out which decision in the funnel is failing.
High CTR + weak landing-page engagement?
Likely message mismatch.
Strong page engagement + weak add-to-cart?
Likely positioning or offer.
Healthy cart rate + weak checkout completion?
Likely friction, trust, shipping or payment.
CRO gets much easier when you stop treating conversion rate as one number.
Give me your best-performing Meta ad + your current PDP.
Here’s what I’d ask Claude before building another landing page:
1. Identify the ad’s hook, promise, audience and awareness stage.
2. Compare them against the PDP.
3. Find where the story breaks.
4. Recommend the page format that should sit behind the ad.
5. Generate 3 testable page hypotheses.
Don’t ask AI to “make a better landing page.” Give it enough context to decide which page should exist.
Reuters reported Seed was expected to generate about $200M in 2024 revenue, up from roughly $140M the year before, while exploring a potential sale at a $1B+ valuation.
So I went looking at how they capture high-intent shoppers.
One thing jumped out: Seed built an entire comparison page around Seed DS-01 vs Cymbiotika.
The journey looks more like: High-intent search / AI question → competitor comparison page → evidence + differentiation → product decision.
The visitor is not asking, "What is a probiotic?" They are much closer to asking, "Which one should I buy?"
And Seed has a real proof stack to merchandise. A published randomized, placebo-controlled DS-01 study involved 350 participants.
So the page can spend its time comparing strains, delivery, research, and product differences instead of starting the education process from zero.
I would not copy Seed's page section-for-section, but I would steal the intent. Build content for the buyer who is already comparing you.
I rebuilt the structure as a comparison funnel blueprint you can adapt to your own category.
Comment "COMPARE" + RT and I'll send it over.
The most important GPT-6 Astra benchmark for ecommerce probably isn't coding. It's computer use.
OpenAI reports Astra scored 72.6% on OSWorld 2.0, versus 65.7% for GPT-5.6 Sol, while finishing the simulated tasks in about 47% less time.
That matters because ecommerce work lives inside browsers, dashboards, ad libraries, PDPs and checkouts.
The model is getting closer to operating the funnel, not just talking about it.
GPT-6 Astra might matter more to ecommerce than most people realize.
Not because it writes better product descriptions.
Because it can actually use the computer. Browse the ad. Study the landing page. Compare the offer. Read the reviews. Inspect the checkout. Build the alternative.
CRO is quietly becoming an agent problem.
Reminder:
You’ll never feel fulfilled in life if all you do is sit behind a screen.
Even as entrepreneurs we have to go out and enjoy.
This doesn’t mean we go out and be an idiot.
Just appreciate Nature, walks, the simple things.
When working with influencers to promote your brand, always remember:
Quality over quantity.
I’d take 5 highly engaging, targeted creators over 20 sub-par ones any day of the week.
Strategy and quality are everything.
Anything you start, you will suck at. You will be embarrassing. But you will survive.
Then you will realize that looking like a fool lasts a moment, being one that never started lasts a lifetime.
