@harpydarpy220@Easelm@Warcraft I like when sites break down the different abilities and talents, saying why they recommend what they do.. then I can make an informed choice about what I want for my character.
@ThorntonTrading@XploredHistory Conversation I had too many times:
Me: I live in London.
American: I love British accents.
Me: No, in Ontario.
American: Oh, California!
@Warcraft My prot warrior (miner) and a friend's holy priest (herbalist) chasing gold dots in Stranglethorn - but the mobs were respawning faster than we could kill them ๐

@Warcraft RL friends got me started as Horde. Hit lvl 51, on a PvP server, after honor, but pre-BGs. An in-game friend and I decided to switch to PvE. His RL friends played Alli, so we switched factions too.
Finally levelled my original char recently, so now I have/play 70s on both sides.
@Warbear_Dsign@coffee6727@Warcraft I don't know the exact balance.. I know they had a shadow tanking, and I don't remember disc being very popular in Vanilla.. so probably mostly shadow, with enough holy to stay alive.
@Warcraft Started as rogue, loved melee (and stealth). Friend told me healers were always needed, so I leveled a priest. Had a lot of alts on the side though, and fell in love with warrior (melee like rogue, but wearing plate!). Healing so much helped me understand tanking better too.
@NCephery@SondersSoul @HanselRashid @ARandomRyan_ @sleepy_woo @SweetyPolinaXO@JimMooreUSA@PicturesFoIder Both methods are *correct* - distribution with constants is suboptimal, but still valid if done correctly. There are no situations where distribution "doesn't work" - just ones where it is applied incorrectly.
@MrShadeYT1@PicturesFoIder "Distributive property of multiplication over addition" (or subtraction, which is just adding a negative number). So yeah, 5(8-5) = (5*8)-(5*5). For constants, like this problem, it's usually easier to simplify inside the brackets first, but with variables, need distribution.
@NerdyGeek9713@PicturesFoIder Left to right only applies to operations with equal precedence - multiplication/division and addition/subtraction. All M/D still comes before any A/S.
@harrywe26805243@PicturesFoIder Math teacher: challenge accepted.. ๐
Five friends went out for lunch - each ordered an $8 meal, but the food was late/cold, so the manager gave them each $5 off. The service was mediocre, so they only want to leave a $2 tip
How much is the total bill?
