@J4Nch Why don't you invite [email protected] to your trip (make a duplicate if you want to keep working on it) and we'll have a look

@bobclewley Don’t want to make any sweeping statements here but we have decent track record and we are committed to let people take their data with them whenever they decide they found a better option. Here’s some more: https://t.co/618j9292hT
@HJudeBoudreaux No worries. Glad it worked out for you. And somewhat used to being blamed for big cousins' hiccups. Not a trivial thing to run a website 😜
@roy_morier Strange. Not sure what's going on. Did you try to drag and drop the stops in the PLAN drawer? Why don't you invite [email protected] to your trip and we will try to figure out what went wrong.
Glad to see that meticulous vacation planning has new fans - see this by @jbarro
Our tip: give yourself some slack since you know - life happens. For example dial down your personal trip speed.

When you are creating a new stop using geographical coordinates Furkot understands both Degrees-Minutes-Seconds and Digital Degrees formats.
Other apps can be less forgiving and that's why Furkot displays both formats when you switch to advanced mode for you to copy and paste.
@Sockk Sorry about that. Servers are up but we did have some hiccups today during network infrastructure upgrade at one of our providers.
Should be back to normal now.

@shiyoushi Furkot does not know about all ferry crossing, but it does allow for adding ferry stages to your trip manually.

Add both terminals, switch mode of travel to other, fix departure time, and change crossing time.
@HJudeBoudreaux Not at the moment. We do have that data but we try to make sure roads are prominently featured and displaying low-level administrative borders was making things a bit too busy in some areas.
We may tweak that or leave more options to the user in the future.
@HJudeBoudreaux Hmm... looks like you switched to off-road routing and then somehow dragged the road here. You can click on the route switch back to "follow roads" and RESET it.
Or invite [email protected] to your trip and we'll have a look.
@HJudeBoudreaux Probably not. All interstates are "highways" and most divided US road are as well.
You cannot really pick ones and not the others, but you can play with day by day routing settings. And you can try dragging your roads to overwrite routing.
@J4Nch Yup. That's wrong. Looks like we do not know it's a ferry trip. Add ferry terminals on both sides of the crossing and mark the leg's travel mode as OTHER (UFO) - that will let you configure the times and will stop Furkot from scheduling overnight stops.

@J4Nch Thanks for the invite. We'll have a closer look and respond via e-mail. In the meantime - clear the Finish Trip date in the TRIP panel. It'll stop Furkot from adding overnight stops to fit your schedule.

@J4Nch Hard to say without looking at the trip (no invite so far) but if you want to sleep in your van add a stop to tell Furkot that. Click anywhere on/near the road and set duration to 1 night. It does not have to be a camping.
