What is happening to Cigna these days? My PPO used to be a good policy. But they turned down an MRI for my back--a back that for 22 yrs has been held together by rods, spit, & bailing wire. My pain Dr reasonably wants a new MRI. The tale gets worse!

Was compelled to look up this company. They cite a 1997 paper in Jour Nutrition as irrefutable evidence that taking multiple supplements is good for you. Turns out, the study is a cross sectional survey and was authored by an employee and was financially supported by them.
