i get tension headaches fairly regularly, but once every few months (like MAYBE once or twice a yr) i will get the most debilitating migraine that will make me vomit nonstop and feel like something in my head is gonna burst o__o
does anyone have a rescue migraine med Rx?? 🤔

i'm growing feverfew and plan to cut some tomorrow to start drying it to grind up and take in supplements cuz that's supposed to be a crunchy way to prevent migraines since my shitty insurance definitely will not make migraine prevention affordable 😍
