I want to talk about something that doesn't get discussed enough in this space. We've all developed a kind of trauma response to new projects at this point. And honestly? It's deserved. You've seen the pattern so many times it's basically muscle memory now. Loud launch, massive hype, community goes crazy, chart pumps, and then somewhere between day three and day ten the energy just... shifts. You can feel it before you can see it. The exits start. The team gets quieter. The replies get thinner. And just like that, another project joins the graveyard. I've been through this enough cycles to know that the problem was never the community.
