@HSNAFutAnalyst How I’ve understood it is that from where the ball is released what is the likelihood of it becoming a goal. The issue with it is if Salah was to pass a long ball from halfway on the counter, as he has done that’s effectively 0.00 XA, where if it’s based on the shot it’s high XA

@HSNAFutAnalyst I think you’ve got a misunderstanding of what XA actually measures. This is the definition from Marc Lamberts and has generally been used for understanding, this number shows the quality of delivery he’s consistently providing, rather then his teammates over scoring (both happen)
