@qatarairways @qrsupport Hi, I need urgent help. My original flight from Hanoi to Birmingham UK on 15th March was cancelled and no livechat, call no answer,no email. It’s nearly 14 days of rebook policy I can’t access my booking online. It kept appearing no information matching.

@Rapdk_17 You need to keep refresh. It happens the same in AXS Premium. At least 10 time I got the tickets then release because not guarantee of VIP package
