New players clear in-game access through three Objective Groups, completed in order: The Journey Begins, First Team Dreams, and Rising Through the Ranks. Once every sub-objective in all three is actually finished, full access lands within 48 hours on PC or 24 hours on PlayStation, Xbox and other platforms — the clock starts after you finish, not from your first login. During that wait you can still list items, manage your club, play matches and earn rewards; you just can't search, bid, or use Buy Now yet, so don't panic, you're not banned.
Returning players can skip Graduated Access if their EA account is in good standing and they already earned market access in FC 24, 25 or 26 before August 1st of that year. The Web App and Companion App run their own, completely separate check: access unlocks through "active days" (3 full Ultimate Team matches plus a Web/Companion login, same UTC day) — about 2 active days if you're in good standing with no other UT accounts on your device, 4 or more if other accounts have used it.

The Grounds: 5-star skill moves now work in Street Football, Hot Join failures are fixed, and high ping in League Matches is addressed. Ultimate Team also gets a fix for the Evolutions filter freezing the interface.

Gameplay: Authentic Jockey/Sprint Jockey speed is moderately higher in Career Mode and Kick Off (Competitive is untouched), fatigue hits harder in Grounds 11v11 matches, and custom controller presets now register correctly.
