Final attempt at explaining this clearly

830 tokens before today

700 new bonus tokens today but there's a 1000 total limit you can reach before 8am Thursday (400 rivals + 300 SB)

The bonus ones expire at 9am, 1 hour after the token limit reset

So claim the 300 SB if we don't get 170 before Thursday (as there is a 1,000 weekly limit)

You then claim the 400 rivals bonus + 400 rivals tokens after 8am Thursday when the limit resets and you hit 1,800 on Thursday!
