@FUTDonkey Just call it odds for two packs, I saw someone say it's either in or its not, you've got two options, TOTY or no TOTY you have 4 options with the following odds from opening 2 packs
No toty + no toty =0.99x0.99
No toty + toty =0.99x0.01
Toty+no toty =0.01x0.99
Toty+toty=0.01x0.01
