Bei RB kontrolliert das Kapital alles, ganz ohne Gegenmacht. Bei Mitgliedervereinen existiert diese Gegenmacht wenigstens real. Wer braucht schon Mitbestimmung?

Und Mitbestimmung ist auch kein Tool. Es geht nicht darum, dass Mitbestimmung immer gewinnt, sondern dass sie überhaupt existiert.

Wenn dir Partizipation wirklich egal wäre, müsstest du sie nicht kleinreden. Tust du aber, weil der Unterschied eben doch real ist. Du verteidigst im Endeffekt genau das Modell wo Fans am wenigsten zu sagen haben.
