@AD_SupportTeam another online company letting me down. Order Wednesday with a next day delivery promise. Confirmation email it will be delivered. No delivery, chase it up. It’ll not be delivered until Monday. So next day is actually 5 days. Useless.
@HotpointUK as a company you are tragic and useless. Your customer service is atrocious. There is no good will or thought regarding replacing or repairing. You continue to sell a product that’s clearly not fit for purpose. Same fault over and over again. But it’s just tough luck.
@HotpointUK I believe it’s waste of time. The fridge freezer is 2 weeks out of warranty. Despite it replaced within the year for being faulty already. The new machine is less than a year old. The part and engineer will cost as much as a new machine. What a terrible company to deal with.

@HotpointUK Tried that and it’s still a BOT. Asked for various numbers which I gave but weren’t correct apparently. So no help whatsoever. Do you not have Human beings at the company ? Anyone that maybe speaks English ?
@EE Your new Hub 7 Pro is the most useless piece of kit ever. All 3 of your technical team have admitted it’s rubbish. 3 weeks of awful WiFi. But not surprising that doesn’t warrant a refund / credit. Paying for something that doesn’t work should be the EE slogan.

@JarroldNorwich really disappointed with my breakfast ciabatta in the Pantry. £8.10. Small sausage, 1 small peace of bacon and an egg in a very dry ciabatta roll. 5/10 at best. Wouldn’t have it again.
@Tesco today is now the 3rd time using the scan and shop at your Fakenham store.Prev 2 times we have been accused of not scanning 1 item. Leading to a complete check. Finding no discrepancies. Today it happened again. So I emptied I left £180 worth of shopping. Useless system.
