H100 Group AB has completed the acquisition of @future_hodlings, a Swiss-based Bitcoin treasury and capital markets company.

As part of the transaction, @RichardByworth, @SYZCAP and @HUGESKY852 will take on active roles as consultants to H100, with proposed board appointments to further strengthen our capital markets, credit and institutional capabilities.

The acquisition establishes H100 with an operational base in Switzerland, a key jurisdiction in our long-term strategy.
