We're also tackling #electronicwaste through our research, exploring how island communities like #Rathlin can lead eco-friendly innovations by valorising waste as a commodity.
Our work on #WEEE is investigating #repair culture and the potential for a #circular ecosystem.
It's International E-Waste Day, and we're excited to team up with @UlsterUni and @recycleelectric for the #GreatCableChallenge!
By recycling our old cables, we can stop e-waste from going to landfills & instead, transform them into new resources like hospital equipment.
IToday is International #EWasteDay 🌍🔌, and thousands across the UK are getting involved in #GreatCableChallenge, helping to save precious copper!
Join the millions taking one small action to make a big difference. Bag up your old cables and electricals to help tackle e-waste!
