@profanityswan I've got £2.75 coming out of my account every month to 'Athletico Mince' and have done for months and months. I cannot find out where it goes or how to sign in to get the extra episodes. Can you help a massive Parsnips fan out please?

I am pleased to announce that, once again, I have been named the "UK's Humblest Man- 2024".

@MaggieMGreen Do you think people are better?

(I do too, but not at everything.)

@cgkedu Yes, the cravings disappeared really. I eat sweet things now but not nearly as much as I did before. If the sweet stuff intake increases you can always reset again but it will be much easier. Doing it for the first time is tough, cos, well, sugar…

Can you praise *too* much?

@cgkedu All to do with the gut biome. If we eat lots of a certain type of food, this encourages the growth of bacteria that like that food. When we stop eating that type of food, the bacteria diminish and we lose the cravings. It’s the bacteria screaming for choc! https://t.co/D8xlz7YpNm

@cgkedu 2 weeks for me. Couple of years ago, I gave up all sugary stuff, choc, cake, biscuits (I didn’t eat sweets) and it took 2 wks to lose the cravings. I replaced sugary stuff with savoury stuff I liked + wine! It was a reset for my craving levels. Plus fruit then tasted incredible.

It's my birthday today. Reminds me that when I left home, my dad would write in my card:

"I would have put £5 in this card, but I had already sealed the envelope."

When a car driver lets you (a pedestrian) cross the road, do you, like me, say thank you by breaking into a tiny jog?

I’ve been preparing my children for working life by making them look miserable whilst wearing a lanyard.
