This is the cleanest way I've heard the whole dance explained. The more anxious your attachment, the more you conform to your partner, because as a kid, matching your parent is how you earned love. An attachment expert on my livestream had dated guys who went from carnivores gripping turkey legs to nearly vegan within a month of dating a vegan, because if I love what you love, then you'll love me. The avoidant does the opposite. They don't conform. They don't move their schedule, they don't skip the gym because they won't see you for two weeks. So the anxious partner keeps bending and bending, because bending is love to them, and the avoidant keeps holding firm. That's the loop. And knowing which side you're on is where it starts to break.
@JackMehoff97433@sxhealth101 That’s not how I achieved my nickname 🤓💁🏻♀️
Let me guess…men in your childhood said that to women, often. That’s why you feel justified in responding that way.
@Esther_son44@sxhealth101 It’s not. It’s the foundation.
Want more sex (from one woman)? Give her more orgasms. How does she achieve more orgasms? Emotional safety & intimacy. 🛎️🛎️🛎️
Context problem? No.
It’s a comprehension problem. It’s a preschool skill deficit problem.
@El_ozani@sxhealth101 Precisely. Parents needed more understanding of their own emotions to foster emotional attunement in children. Hence, why most relationships aren’t built on trust and selflessness anymore. “Me” & “Mine” are ego terms & preschool-based too.
I don’t cry often. I wasn’t allowed 🤔
@MattWalshBlog Thank you for the best analogy of marriage (majority) Ive read. Tattoos, frequently, last longer.
Spring break & 21st birthday =ichthus tattooed backwards in a tramp stamp position (knew neither fact until returning to my college campus).
Oops. Fun story & beautiful cover-up
@tttt6271964@TX17ChuckWilson@nypost Yep…spanked many times for talking too much. Now…I have 3 jobs for getting paid to talk….including supporting kids/adults with ADHD.
Spanking helped so much 🤦🏻♀️😂
@MattStewar41909@MattWalshBlog Sweet tea runs in my veins…how liberal am I?
A grumpy old (twice divorced) man hastily said to me, “The problem began when women began believing they were smart.”
I replied… “Genetics (another lecture)…women (%) have always been smart, it’s our belief that has changed.”
@MattWalshBlog Also…I can suggest a few children’s books to you to help with your understanding. Or, I can assist you in writing one.
My daughter can be the illustrator. Look on my profile and you can see her work. She’s in my college class this semester as a dual enrollment student. 👩🏻🏫🖼️📚
@MattWalshBlog You are welcome to join my lecture to college students (early childhood education) on ADHD.
If you have ever been a pediatric therapist, an ECE teacher, or one of my teachers from kindergarten through PhD studies…you would see that ADHD is “real.”
If you can keep up….👩🏻🏫🍀
@MattStewar41909@MattWalshBlog I’m also a highly educated and highly trained therapist. Not sure if anything I have can explain or excuse your choice of words or perception.
Please join me for my adaptive tennis lessons with children with Down Syndrome and you would stop using that word. I promise you that 🤬
@be_prosperous1@nypost One more tip…usually non-stimulants have an anti-anxiety effect but don’t really help with focus. Stimulants help with focus but can have an anxiety effect. Personally, I have responded really well to vyvanse (thankful). Less addictive, less abused, longer bell curve. 🍀
@be_prosperous1@nypost If diagnosis and medication is correct for the individual, methamphetamines feel more like weed. If they aren’t, they feel like speed.
I don’t want drugs. I need medication and lifestyle support in order to lecture to large & small audiences at a pace that they can understand.
@TX17ChuckWilson@nypost And those children grew up…perfectionistic, addiction driven, dopamine deficient, and may end up becoming a pediatric therapist and lecture to college students about ADHD (lifelong, not 40ish female hormone shifts). 🤔 Don’t ask me how I know 💁🏻♀️👩🏻🏫
@bitcoinbacteria@dadstartingover No. Check all of my socials…they’re congruent.
My nickname proves true tonight 💁🏻♀️ I argue with AI too.
My peace after mowing…my fire pit. 🔥
@bitcoinbacteria@dadstartingover I lecture about dopamine and ADHD and addictions.
How many monks get their dopamine from arguing with strangers on social media? None. They lead by example, not trying to prove they are right or…getting the last word (reply) in.
I need to finish push mowing. Is it a drug? 🤷🏻♀️
@bitcoinbacteria@dadstartingover When you can personally understand the positive effects of oxytocin (orgasms) on a woman’s body, especially due to fluctuating hormones…you may have a stronger argument to me in being a monk.
@bitcoinbacteria@dadstartingover I have, I did. I pursued a PhD and I focused on my children. But guess what? I still craved intimacy with a partner.
The foundational question…Does intimacy with a partner feel like an escape or are you making excuses to escape intimacy?
@GoodNews_Hub What if a woman needs it to prep her body and/or to fully enjoy and crave intimacy with her husband?
Oxytocin from orgasms support regulation difficulties due to hormone fluctuations in women, particularly with age.
There are other reasons than “medical instruction.”
