- We have to figure out ways to produce cheaper energy.
- AI and robotics will increasingly replace human labor with energy, which could drive the price of physical goods close to zero.
- Ultra-cheap nuclear energy could also make transportation dramatically cheaper, enabling frequent long-distance travel.

In the future, "hyper-techno-industrialism" could provide the massive industrial capacity needed to build cities on and eventually expand across the Solar System.
