Offseason trade idea to give Orlando more shooting/more opportunity for AB
Anthony Black/Jase Richardson
Desmond Bane/Jamal Cain
Franz Wagner/Tristan da Silva
Paolo Banchero/PJ Washington
Naz Reid/Goga Bitadze
Players I can see Orlando trading:
Jalen Suggs
Wendell Carter Jr
Goga Bitadze
Less likely:
Jonathan Isaac (probably waived)
Jase Richardson
Tristan da Silva
PJ would be the 6th man who can play the 3 or 4. He is 27 and under contract at $22.5 over 4 years.
He’s a career 13.3ppg player while shooting 35.4% from 3 on 4.8 attempts.
🚨 3-Team Trade Proposal via @FutureMagicGM 🚨
🪄Magic receive:
• Naz Reid
• PJ Washington
🐺 Timberwolves receive:
• Kyrie Irving
• Wendell Carter Jr.
🐴 Mavericks receive:
• Julius Randle
• Jalen Suggs
Not sure I love the PJ Washington fit but thoughts? 🤔⬇️
@TheGhostOfGeert@SneakyTakes It would be a big adjustment for the focus of the roster, but Wagner and Banchero need as much shooting as possible around them.
If Black is also going to be an average floor spacer, it would help their offense/continued development to have another stretch 5.
@Jonathan_Z89 Agreed. Would need more bench scoring even though PJ Washington would help a ton.
I like Jay Huff as an option since Indiana traded for Zubac. Can defend the rim and stretch the floor.
Would love to see Bitadze moved.
At least there’s one positive after this game:
Coach Mosley will have coached his last regular season game as a head coach in the NBA for the rest of his career.
