-I agree coaching is about teaching and execution. All teams run similar plays.

OKC gets someone who's typically healthy and a pretty steady playoff riser. Orlando solves their fit issue between Paolo and Franz and improves defensively, but between Franz and J-Dub takes some real injury risk.
