If you sell on Daraz or Shopify and still type the same three replies by hand, stop. Write them once: size chart, delivery time, return rule. Put that in a chatbot. Late buyers in Pakistan buy when they get an instant reply. They rarely wait till morning.

Closed a clothing shop in Peshawar last week. They only sold from the counter. We listed the same stock on Daraz, added a chatbot for size and delivery, and the first 18 days did PKR 214,000. Not viral. Just a shop that answers after 9pm.
