@kangaroovic Str8 fax, you should compete with others (and with yourself), but not compare yourself to them. Comparison is the thief of joy, and usually leads to low self steem. If somebody has it harder than me and still makes it,that doesn't mean I suck, it means it's possible and I can too

Hacer un fasting esa una buena alternativa si es que te informas y lo realizas de manera adecuada. No es mi preferido, pero no puedo decir que "no es saludable"
