@TheCartelDel Always shocked that more studios don't do this TBF. Got my career start when planet side 2 did it and it was pretty successful there.
Sure you do need to have very strict requirements to have your game keep being visually appealing but that's not insurmountable
October 7, 2023, early morning, Israel's police command center: "(Strike) Gaza. Break it all apart. Along with the soldiers who got abducted."
In the first hours of Operation Al-Aqsa Flood, while conversing with Israel's Police Chief Kobi Shabtai, another senior officer calls to implement the Hannibal Directive, and destroy Gaza along with the Israeli captives. Minister Itamar Ben Gvir later arrives and orders to stop filming the meeting.

@ashlee3dee Definetly means outsource houses and smaller studios are more attractive; sure working on big stuff is cool, but ive got rent to pay and cats to feed and "dream studios" sadly are at heads with that.
@ashlee3dee I used to ask in interviews about the project. Now its "do you have runway, do you have a proper plan, do you plan to pivot". Having to talk about project funding rather than the art sucks but is now kinda mandatory.
@DFWSupCommittee Bro got 30 years for being part of a book club and handing out pamphlets. Welcome to fascism everyone, don’t forget to look out for each other
This man, who goes by “Des,” has been a legal resident since 14. He moved some antifascist zines from one apartment to another after his wife was arrested protesting ICE.
He was sentenced to 30 years for being in “Antifa”—a non-existent boogeyman. It is murder by incarceration.
This is how approximately 98% of contemporary sci-fi and fantasy is both written and read and some of the biggest-name authors are the worst offenders.
IDF "soldiers shot a 16-year-old boy and then ran over his body with a tank, mutilating it.
"a 15-year-old boy holding a white flag — and his brother who came to his rescue, as well as their mother — were shot by .338-caliber Israeli sniper rounds from 200 meters away"
I hope that, before this becomes a term as prevalent as “death of the author”, everyone does their due diligence and read both Azuma’s work and those it draws from, such as Baudrillard and Lyotard
Israeli soldiers use young boys for "target practice." As in, Mondays, we shoot the stomach, Tuesdays, the knees, etc.
This was reported last year by the BBC and now corroborated by the United Nations' report.
A very dangerous new nightmare we are living in Gaza City, and no one in the world is paying attention to it.
Days ago, the Israeli army installed huge military cranes, each about 30 meters tall, on the eastern areas it controls. These cranes are equipped with machine guns and cameras, and they fire randomly and almost continuously at tents, streets, and exposed neighborhoods.
Gaza City is extremely narrow, only 10 kilometers wide. A single crane at that height is enough to expose the entire city from east to west. Every street, every square, every tent, every house has become completely exposed. There is no place to hide, and not a single moment of safety.
In just the past two days, three people were killed by fire from these cranes. One of them was sitting quietly with his father in a small café, trying to breathe for a few minutes. Hours later, a 5year old girl was killed while playing near her home.
These cranes have turned the entire city into an open field. The latest military technologies are directed at civilians. We have become an open testing ground for their new weapons. The horror is not just in the sound… it is the constant feeling of being an exposed target at all times, where even children cannot run in the street without fear.
