Just got my hand on @M5Stack StickC Plus and Core S3 development kit. Now I realize that there are so much that these things can do. I am very happy with the new toys and will spend a lot of time on using these for games and IOT

I upgraded my Odroid M1 to Debian 12 bookworm, but still find arm based apps lacking. I can’t even find latest Chrome browser package to install, maybe I am not looking hard enough

after trying to install native linux and some self hosted services to two arm-based SBC (Odroid-M1 & Banana Pi BPI-W3), I have a feeling that arm-based architecture is yet to get the same level of support compared to X86-based counterpart

Trying hard to install @home_assistant on Odroid-M1 SBC with supervised mode. Ran into a few snags, seems ARM architecture is not broadly supported as the x86 counterpart

@getupnext I tried the AI summaries, it is a great feature. I like it, would be even better if the speed to generate the summaries can be improved. However as the first attempt to incorporate AI action, this is not bad at all

I just ordered the new banana pi BPI-w3. It seems that it is one of the most powerful SBC and a good alternative to raspberry pi

I finally managed to set up a self hosted instance of #mealie on UTM of my Mac Mini, it is much better than doing that on my Synology NAS. Next step is to setup remote access so that my family can view and add cooking recipes

@CanaryMailApp already reached out and was told the Mac default font size is used to maintain UI consistency and cannot be changed for reading emails. TBH, I have used more than 10 email apps and Canary is the only one that has fixed font for viewing. Unbeliveable !!

@Setapp I finally failed to resist and sign up for a trial. I think a couple of high value apps may help to justify the ongoing subscription. Will be able to tell after the trial period
