This week we are spreading awareness on Mental Health. We have packs available in the centre which focus on breathing exercises to decrease stress and anxiety, as well as healthy foods available or you to take away! Our lovely team of staff members and volunteers are also there!
The first trustee and volunteer meeting of Forth Valley Inclusion at HMP Stirling proved to be very worthwhile and encouraging. The team are excited about the new facilities at the prison, overseen by a new management team @fv_inclusion
Today we attended the PSYCON 2024 at Stirling University, where 4 of our volunteers were giving talks on their experience with us at Forth Valley Inclusion, and we also had our own stall to talk about our organisation and recruit more volunteers!

We try to give a Christmas eve box to all the children and would appreciate any of the following items. Pyjamas, socks, bath bombs, sweets, small games /soft toys and stocking fillers in general.

We support women when they are leaving our care with basic essentials should they require help. We are appealing for toiletries, pyjamas, new underwear, socks, rucksacks and small cabin cases.
